As we begin this investigation, we should perhaps recall as well that the ultimate goal of human sexuality is the celestial affection that a woman and a man develop for each other when committed to a path of service to humanity that leads them to a state of transcendence called spiritual union, or, in other terms:
The primary purpose of sexual relations is, clearly, to perpetuate the species. The fact that personal pleasure is derived therefrom is one of the bounties of God. The sex act is merely one moment in a long process, from courtship through marriage, the procreation of children, their nursing and rearing, and involves the establishment of a mutually sustaining relationship between two souls which will endure beyond life on this earth.
That this sounds religious in the sense of "religare" (to connect), I grant you, for if there were no sacred, as this quote from the House of Justice so aptly expresses, what would life look like, if not an amalgam of confused beliefs and acts leading to a societal cul-de-sac? Any faculty, diverted from its legitimate purpose, easily become a vice.
Let's see!
We also know that a hyper-permissive culture such as ours can desensitize to the worst cruelties. So are we now discovering with horror that a mass of personalities are involved in sexual abuse, pornography, pedophilia and child prostitution, many such predators having been being compromised this way in order to blackmail them, the others doing so by choice or obsession. Fortunately, the pedophile scandals surrounding Jimmy Saville, Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein have resurfaced from a corrupt legislature and a complacent international press, so that justice be served. Unfortunately, the whole situation will worsen if these INTERNATIONAL LEGISLATIONS pushed by the WEF succeed, as already the case for SOME.
We also know that many stars are no longer just revealing their bodies but their membership in cults whose counter-values are perverting millions of fans through the magic of modern art, including the previously revered world of Disney. For now that feminism has virtually sounded the death knell for femininity, CHILDREN are being perverted and sexualized from kindergarten onwards to serve the Woke agenda, heterosexuals remaining in the closet while homosexuals come out, social pressure mounting in favor of freedom of sexual expression.
Also, and as if all this were normal, promiscuity, anonymous sex and, worst of all, abortion on demand, are proudly features in the New Age canon, while large-scale pornography addiction fuels 30% of the Internet traffic, one such site receiving 3.61 billion visits per month!
This evidence being displayed for all to see, let us simply add that with modern technology supporting all interests, from the highest to the most abject, the choice is ours to feed the angel or the demon, and that by diverting the purpose of human sexuality, the end of procreation, of normal mating, and of family life, with their terrible corollaries, such as the rise of abortion, drug addiction, suicide, etc., are getting ever higher, perversions being instituted as Rights and gross lies proclaimed as truths.
Their engineers? Atheist factions determined to kill transcendence in order to impose their distorted values on the weak and malleable, the sexual revolution of the sixties being their most lethal weapon, a social engineering program for the establishment of a WORLD DISORDER deprived of the essential values that make man, a man, the only ones capable of leading humanity towards happiness and security.
If the lamp of religion dims, confusion and chaos follow and the lights of equity, justice,tranquility and peace cease to shine...
Hyper-sexualization having become a fact of civilization, how to recover reason?
The solutions are simple. Consider them for a moment:
- Idleness is the enemy of the soul.
- A fire goes out if it is not fed.
- Families united by solid values are strong bastions in storms.
- Spirituality nourishes man's higher nature, while its absence debases him to the level of the beast.
In other words, and as BAHA'U'LLAH proclaims :
Man is the supreme talisman. But, for want of proper education, he has been frustrated with that which is his own.
Shall we be reborn or perish? By allowing the light of true EDUCATION and true RELIGION to illuminate the minds and souls, the human race can enlighten the universe. Will we answer the divine call? Meditate on the Baha'i following quotes:
...we must continually be on our guard, whether as individuals or as an Assembly or community, lest through us these destructive, negative forces enter into our midst. In other words, we must beware lest the darkness of society become reflected in our acts and attitudes, perhaps all unconsciously.*
Watch over yourselves, for the Evil One is lying in wait, ready to entrap you. Gird yourselves against his wicked devices, and, led by the light of the name of the All-Seeing God, make your escape from the darkness that surroundeth you.
